摘要: 【提要】 本文对恶性疟原虫变异抗原基因家族(Var基因)变异机制的研究进行了综述。Var基因家族的近60个基因中只有一个能够得到表达,其余皆被沉默。这种相互排斥性表达机制是在转录水平上进行控制的,主要包括三方面调控途径:非编码DNA元件、染色质结构以及核外周基因位点的迁移。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 This is a review on the new progress in the study of regulation mechanism of Plasmodium falciparum Var gene family. The mutually exclusive expression system caused expression only one in 60 var genes while others were silenced. It was regulated on the transcriptional level mainly through three pathways:non-coding DNA elements,chromatin structure and perinuclear localization.
