摘要:
疟疾广泛流行于热带和亚热带地区,是非洲和东南亚地区重要的公共卫生问题之一。我国自2017年以来,已无本地疟疾病例报告,但如何做好境外恶性疟输入病例救治及抗疟药物监测,防止输入病例引起的本地病例发生或暴发尤为重要。抗疟药物作为疟疾防治的主要手段之一,有效遏制了全球疟疾流行,但随着抗疟药物的长期使用,恶性疟原虫耐药性问题,特别是对青蒿素类药物耐药性问题是目前疟疾防控的难题之一,本文就我国恶性疟原虫对主要抗疟药物抗性研究进行综述。
