Immunity to Parasitic Infection:The Role of Dendritic Cells

Abstract: Dendritic cells are a major class of professional antigen-presenting cells which play an important role in the immune response of parasite-infected host. This article summarizes the role of dendritic cells in the immunity to parasitic infection by analyzing the studies of protozoan, nematode, and trematode infections.
