Abstract: Regulatory T cells(Tregs), a class of CD4+ T lymphocytes which are different from the Th1 and Th2 lymphocytes, have immunosuppressive function and play an important role in maintaining immune homeostasis and immune tolerance. Previous studies showed that the generation of Tregs could be induced, and Tregs reduced the immune pathological damage to the host by inhibiting T-cell function in helminth infection.
