Abstract: Following the method used in other mollusks, the specimen of the Oncomelania hupensis cerebral ganglions was fixed, dehydrated, transparentized, embedded in paraffin， sectioned, and stained with haematoxylin?鄄eosin. The histological structure of the snail cerebral ganglions was clear in the permanent specimen under the microscope.
