Abstract: 【Abstract】  Human sarcocystosis （both the intestinal and muscular forms） may be emerging as a significant， food-borne zoonotic infection in southeast Asia and southwest of China. This review summarizes recent findings in classification of Sarcocystis spp.， epidemiologic features， clinical symptoms， diagnosis， treatment and prevention in human infections.
