Abstract: AIM: To explore the factors influencing the infection rate of M.unguiculatus with B.malayi. METHODS: The survival rate, infection rate and infection intensity were observed in M.unguiculatus infected with the infective larvae of B.malayi contained in normal saline, antibiotic, glucose or culture medium RPMI1640, respectively.
