异尖线虫(Anisakis)是一类人兽共感染寄生虫,广泛分布于全球各大海域,成虫主要寄生于海豚、海豹、鲸类等海洋哺乳动物中,幼虫主要寄生于鱼类、头足类等小型海洋动物体内。异尖线虫幼虫被人误食可引起人异尖线虫病,危害健康。传统的形态学分类方法无法对异尖线虫进行准确的鉴定,阻碍了异尖属线虫种群的深入研究。近年来随着分子生物技术的发展和应用,异尖线虫的研究取得了许多重要的进展。本文主要从分类学的角度,综述异尖线虫生活史、宿主偏好、成虫和幼虫形态学分类、分子生物学分类、全球分布情况等方面的研究进展。
