摘要: 不同基因型刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)的致病力及对药物的敏感性等均存在较大的差异。运用PCR衍生技术对不同弓形虫株进行基因鉴定和分型,可为弓形虫病的临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。本文就PCR衍生技术在弓形虫基因鉴定及分型中的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract: Different genotypes of Toxoplasma gondii show a great diversity in pathogenicity and drug sensitivity. Application of the PCR-derived technologies in gene identification and typing of T. gondii provides an important basis to clinical diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the relevant technologies in gene identification and typing of T. gondii.
