Dot-ELISA检测人芽囊原虫血清抗体的研究

Dot Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Detection of Serum Antibody to Blastocystis hominis in Humans

摘要: 【提要】 分别收集本院大学生322份血清和粪便,将粪便用体外培养法作为金标准检测出人芽囊原虫阳性178例,阴性144例。用dot-ELISA分别对体外培养法阳性者和阴性者血清进行检测,敏感度为92.13%(164/178),特异度为97.92%(141/144)。表明dot-ELISA用于检测人芽囊原虫血清抗体较敏感、特异。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Serum and stool samples were collected from 322 undergraduate students in medical school. Using stool in vitro cultivation as golden standard, 178 cases were found Blastocystis hominis positive and 144 were negative. Dot-ELISA was used to examine the serum samples with a sensitivity of 92.1% (164/178) and specificity of 97.1% (141/144). This revealed that dot-ELISA can be used for antibody detection against Blastocystis hominis.
