摘要: 树突状细胞是一种专职的抗原提呈细胞,在寄生虫感染的免疫应答过程中发挥了重要作用。本文通过对有关树突状细胞在原虫、线虫和吸虫等寄生虫感染免疫中作用的现有研究进行归纳、分析和总结,以期为寄生虫感染免疫调节机制的揭示提供帮助。

Abstract: Dendritic cells are a major class of professional antigen-presenting cells which play an important role in the immune response of parasite-infected host. This article summarizes the role of dendritic cells in the immunity to parasitic infection by analyzing the studies of protozoan, nematode, and trematode infections.
