Abstract: Methylene blue-eosin-borax stain for staining the fertilized ova of Ascaris is descri bed. The vital ova are unstained and the internal structure of the dead ova are stained in blue colour. To carry out the experiment special equipments are unnecessary The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The stain can be used for one and half a year at room temperature.
