肝多房棘球蚴病的生物学特性类似于肝恶性肿瘤,手术根治具有一定的困难。目前对肝多房棘球蚴病的诊断水平和治疗手段虽然有所提高,但患者术后复发时有发生,预后情况不容乐观。近年来有研究表明,棘球蚴病灶周围有新生血管生成。为探究病灶的血管供应情况和病灶的生物活性,本文对病灶周围血管分布和血管生成相关因子的表达作一综述。
