摘要:  寄生虫诱导的机体应答反应可在一定程度上抑制恶性肿瘤(文中的“肿瘤”皆指恶性肿瘤)细胞的增长、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。针对该特点进行深入研究有利于阐明生物的防瘤作用,且寄生虫的免疫逃避机制也可为肿瘤相关研究提供借鉴。另外,有些抗寄生虫药物也具有抗肿瘤作用,提示抗肿瘤药物的研发有可能从抗寄生虫药物的研究中得到启示。

Abstract: Immune response induced by parasites could inhibit tumor growth and promote apoptosis of tumor cells. The investigation into this character will provide new insights on the anti-tumor effect of parasites. The mechanism of parasite immune evasion may provide a reference for tumor research. Furthermore, some anti-parasitic drugs have shown antitumor effect indicating that the development of antitumor drugs may get inspiration from anti-parasitic drug studies.
