摘要: 树突状细胞(DC)/调节性T细胞(Treg)/Th17交叉调控是一个由较多信号参与的复杂过程。在疟疾发病中,DC/Tregs/Th17相互作用,借助细胞因子影响DC/Treg/Th17的交叉修饰和诱导活化,调控Th1/Th2的极化和Th应答的动态平衡。本文主要对疟疾发病中DC/Tregs/Th17功能变化及调控机制作一综述。

Abstract: The cross-regulation of dendritic cells (DC)/regulatory T cells (Treg)/T-helper cells (Th17) is a complex process that involves multiple signals. During Plasmodium infection, the interaction of DC, Treg, and Th17 influence the cross modification, and induce activation of DC/Treg/Th17 to regulate Th1/Th2 polarization and control the dynamic balance of Th immune response by cytokines. This article summarizes the change in cell function of DC/Treg/Th17 and the mechanism of its cross-regulation in malaria.
