摘要: 寄生虫感染会激发机体产生一系列的免疫反应,并引起一些重要细胞因子的变化。本文就白细胞介素27在寄生原虫,如刚地弓形虫、利什曼原虫、疟原虫和克氏锥虫感染免疫方面的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Parasitic infection can stimulate a series of immune responses and lead to changes in cytokines. This paper focuses on the progress on the role of IL-27 in immunity to some protozoan infection, caused by Toxoplasma gondii, Leishmania, Plasmodium, and Trypanosoma cruzi.
