寄生虫图片资料检索系统

A Searching System of Parasite Pictures and Relevant Information

摘要: 收集、整理、加工有关血吸虫、疟原虫、丝虫、钩虫、利什曼原虫等 5 种寄生虫历史图片及标本。用计算机多媒体技术进行整理、分类、编码,建立图片数字化检索系统。共制作3 000余张1950~1990年各类寄生虫珍贵历史图片,涉及寄生虫形态、生活史、病理、诊断等学科,按照数字化管理模式要求初步建立了“寄生虫图片资料检索系统”,并以网络版形式置于局域网上使用,同时制成CD-ROM光盘实现资源共享。

Abstract: Over 3 000 pictures on five major parasites(schistosome,filaria,hookworm,leishmania and plas-modium)collected between 1950 and 1990 were edited and a searching system was established. The data can be used with a network-based version through a LAN system in the Institute. The adoption of Digital Computerized Management makes it possible for sharing resources in human parasitology.
