圈形盘尾丝虫成虫抗原间接红细胞凝集试验诊断丝虫病的观察

OBSERVATION ON INDIRECT HEMAGGLUTINATION TEST WITH ADULT ONCHOCERCA ARMILLATA ANTIGEN IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF FILARIASIS

摘要: 应用圈形盘尾丝虫成虫和马来丝虫成虫抗原致敏绵羊红细胞作间接红细胞凝集试验,以诊断丝虫病。对84例马来微丝蚴阳性血清标本检测,结果圈形盘尾丝虫成虫抗原阳性率为90.5%(76/84);马来丝虫成虫抗原阳性率为93.8%(78/84),经统计学处理,两者无显著性差异(x~2=0.312,P0.05)。两种抗原对52例正常人血清检测的假阳性率均为7.7%(4/52),结果说明圈形盘尾丝虫成虫可作为异种抗原用于丝虫病诊断。

Abstract: The efficacy of indirect hemagglutination test using sheep erythrocytes sensitized with crude antigen of adult worms of Onchocerca armillata or Brugia malayi was compared for diagnosis of filariasis in 84 brugian microfilaremia positive patients. It was shown tbat 90.5%(76/84) was positive to antigen of O, armillata, while 92.996(78/84) was positive to antigen of B. malayi, there being no difference of statistical significance (X2 = 0.312, P0.05). In the control test against tne sera of normal persons, the false positive rate of the two antigens was both 7.7%(4/52).It is suggested that O. armillata adult worm may be used as a heteroantigen for diagnosis of filariasis.
