Submission Guidelines

  • 1. Preparation before contribution

    Before contribution, the author should carefully read the relevant text such as "Instruction for Author" in the "Author guidelines" on the first page of the website, and the columns of in the "paper template".

    2. Scope of manuscript solicitation

    This journal publishes original research academic papers with innovative, high-level and important significance, as well as literature reviews and informative articles reflecting the latest development of the discipline. The contribution should be clear in point of view, full in argument, reliable in data, clear in hierarchy and smooth in writing.

    3. Contribution requirements and precautions

    (1) The title, author's name, organization, city and zip code, abstract and key words must be in Chinese and English. The name and number of the fund must be provided if the manuscript is funded by the relevant fund project (also in Chinese and English).

    (2) The title of the manuscript should be concise and accurate, and acronyms should not be used. The number of words in the abstract (Chinese) is generally about 500 to 1,000 words, and the content should include the research purpose, method, results and conclusion. The number of words in the English abstract is 500-1000 words (corresponding to the contents of the Chinese abstract), and the format is the same as that of the Chinese abstract. The number of keywords is 3 ~ 8.

    (3) The use of quantities, units and symbols in the manuscript shall conform to international standards and national standards. Attention should be paid to the correct writing of easily confused foreign language letters, such as type, case, italics and upper and lower corner marks. The names of foreigners and terms are unified in English, which is not suitable for Chinese translation.

    (4) Common abbreviations specified by this journal can be used directly in the manuscript. For details, see "Common Abbreviations of this journal" in the "Contribution Guide" on the homepage of the website. For non-English abbreviations, full Chinese and/or full English names must be attached. English abbreviations are enclosed in brackets.

    (5) Figures, tables, formulas, etc. shall be numbered separately throughout the manuscript, and the figures and tables shall be in Chinese and English. The form shall be in the form of a three-line form, and the contents shall be expressed in Chinese and English.

    (6) Please refer to the recently published for the specific format and style of the manuscript.

    (7) This journal only allows one first author and one correspondent, please coordinate before contribution.

    4. Contribution agreement

    (1) The manuscript must be an unpublished in an official publication in both Chinese and foreign languages. This journal strictly forbids multiple contributions of one manuscript, multiple contributions of repeated content, and multiple contributions of different languages. Once the above situation is found, the manuscript will be rejected and will be announced to relevant journals.

    (2) The result of manuscript review will take about 2 months. In the meantime, the author is not allowed to send the manuscript to other journals. Some contributions may take a long time to submit for review. If the author decides to switch to another journal or reject the manuscript, please inform the editorial office before proceeding. If the manuscript should not be published in this journal, the editor will inform the author in time.

    (3) In the process of revising the manuscript, if the revision exceeds the 2-month time limit, the editorial office will take the date of the author's return as the contribution date. If it takes some time to revise and supplement the manuscript due to the supplement of experimental contents, please contact the editorial office in time. Avoid rejection due to missing contact.

    (4) Responsible for your own writing. The editorial office has the right to make technical and textual changes to the manuscript and may make substantive changes with the consent of the author.

    (5) After the publication, the copyright belongs to Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and the editorial office of the journal (including the copyright on the Internet).

    (6) Authors are required to pay the review fee and edition fee, and the editorial office will offer a certain amount of remuneration and send 2 copies of current journals.

    5. Relevant expenses

    (1) Manuscript processing fee (100 yuan/per manuscript, not to be paid separately) will be charged together with the edition fee.

    (2) Layout charges: when seeing the press proof, pay according to the "Layout Charges Notice" and transfer from the bank (do not receive post office remittance, Alipay, WeChat, etc.).

    (3) Urgent Fee: the author requires urgent publication (to be published within 4 months after submission) and must pay no less than the urgent fee of 1000 yuan for each manuscript. The fee will be charged together with the layout charges and will be included in the invoice for the layout charges.

    6. Manuscript processing procedures

    (1) Contribution: For online submission, please log on the website of the journal to contribute, and upload the "Proprietary License Agreement for Papers" (signed by all authors and sealed by the organization). If there is an electronic version of the approval document for fund projects, please upload it to the "Copyright Agreement" in the system. E-mail receipt after successful submission.

    (2) Receipt: The editorial office can only accept the manuscript when it sees the uploaded "Proprietary License Agreement for Papers". After receiving the manuscript, manuscript number will be assigned and an E-mail receipt will be sent.

    (3) First review: the editorial director conducts the first review and sends the case to peer review after passing the first review. Otherwise, the manuscript will be rejected directly or suggested to change a journal.

    (4) Peer review: 2 peer reviewers for peer review.

    (5) Revision: according to the opinions of the peer review, combined with the editorial office's specification requirements, the author's manuscript should be revised (within 15 days), rejected, retried, etc.

    (6) Editorial committee judgment: experts gave the final results of original papers in combination with peer review opinions: employment, change to research briefing, retrial after modification, or rejection.

    (7) Editorial revision: edit and process the manuscript to be employed, read the proof (pay the edition fee and the author provides the information of the remuneration receipt form), and publish it.

    (8) In order to know the progress of manuscript processing, the author can log on the system to inquire with the account and code in the submission receipt.
