摘要: 孕期活动性弓形虫感染,可导致流产、 早产、 死胎、 畸形等异常妊娠结局, 以及胎儿、 儿童身体及智力发育障碍。 本研究对保定市1990年2月-1996年2月孕妇感染弓形虫后妊娠结局、 子代生长发育情况及乙胺嘧啶干预效果进行了追踪观察。

Abstract: Toxoplasma gondii infection during pregnancy can result in abortion, premature delivery, fetal death, deformity, and impact the physical and intellectual development of the newborns. This is an investigation on the consequences of pregnancy in Toxoplasma gondii-infected women, the development of their babies, and the effect of pyrimethamine treatment during 1990-1996 in Baoding City.
