摘要:

寄生虫标准株是寄生虫学研究、寄生虫病防控与生物医药创新的基础资源。基于我国寄生虫标准株体系建立不完善、规范化管理不足等问题,国家寄生虫资源库秘书处组织全国54位专家开展系统性研讨后达成重要共识。共识系统阐述了寄生虫标准株筛选、鉴定、保藏与应用的规范及细则,明确了标准株应具备代表性、遗传稳定性、纯度单一性,可通过形态学、分子生物学等多维技术进行鉴定与质量控制;同时,提出了分级保藏策略、标准化分发流程,以及细化在不同科研场景下的应用规范,并强调伦理审查、生物安全与资源惠益共享原则的实施要求。共识还提出了加强顶层设计、构建全链条保藏体系、推动人工智能技术应用、建立多学科协作平台的建议,以加速建成与国际接轨的中国寄生虫标准株体系,提升国家生物资源战略储备能力与科技创新竞争力。

Abstract:

Parasite standard strains are fundamental resources for parasitological research, disease control, and biopharmaceutical innovation. To address the incomplete system and lagging standardization of parasite strains in China, the National Parasite Resource Center organized 54 experts from all over the country to reach an important consensus after discussion, and the consensus system expounded the standardized rules for the screening, identification, preservation and application of parasite standard strains. The consensus clarified that parasite standard strains should have representativeness, genetic stability, and purity unity, which can be identified and quality controlled through multi-dimensional technologies such as morphology and molecular biology. Standardize distribution processes and application specifications in different scientific research scenarios, emphasizing the importance of ethical review, biosecurity, and resource benefit sharing. Suggestions are put forward to strengthen top-level design, improve the preservation system, promote the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and establish a multidisciplinary collaboration platform to accelerate the construction of China’s parasite reference strain system in line with international standards, and enhance the national biological resource reserve capacity and scientific research competitiveness.
