摘要:

提要】 C型凝集素(C-type lectin)是一类钙依赖性糖结合蛋白,其受体依赖钙离子(Ca 2+ )的参与来识别碳水化合物配体。目前研究发现,该类受体可识别糖蛋白并激活下游免疫。本文总结了数种C型凝集素受体在寄生虫感染中的作用。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 C-type lectins are a group of Ca2+-dependent glycan-binding proteins. The C-type lectin receptors (CLRs) recognize carbohydrate ligands in a Ca2+-dependent manner. Recent research has demonstrated that CLRs could recognize glycoproteins and activate downstream immune responses. This review summarizes the roles of several CLRs in parasitic infection.
