摘要:     【提要】  很多疟疾抗原在人体中是弱免疫原,化学偶联是一种提升弱免疫原免疫原性的方法,其价值已在疟疾疫苗的研究工作中得到证明。本文介绍了蛋白质偶联的一些常用化学连接剂和载体蛋白,并综述了疟疾偶联疫苗的研究进展。

Abstract: 【Abstract】  Many malarial antigens are poor immunogens in human. Chemical conjugation is one of the ways to enhance the immunogenicity of those poor immunogens. Its value has been demonstrated in malaria vaccine research. This article introduces the chemical linkers and the carrier proteins, which are often used for protein conjugation, and summarizes the research progress in malarial conjugate vaccine development.
