吡喹酮对牛肉绦虫作用的形态和组织化学观察

摘要: 服吡喹酮驱出的牛肉绦虫虫体先挛缩僵直,继而伸长瘫痪。其形态和组织化学变化为:实质肌和精子挛缩;皮层和实质内出现空泡、肿胀、溃破和脱落;皮层的碱性和酸性磷酸酶活性明显减弱:实质内糖原减少和消失;DNA和RNA解聚和减少;碱性蛋白质的汞-溴酚蓝反应显著增强。

Abstract: The beef tapeworms from patients with T. seginata infections treated by pyquiton became spasmodically contracted and immobilized. Histological changes showed contractions of muscles and spermatozoa as well as wrinkling, vacuolization, swelling and breaking of the tegument, subtegument and parenchymal organs, which finally led to the disruption of the structures of the whole worm. Histochemical observations indicated that the glycogen granules within the parenchyma became disintegrated or disappeared; the activities of AKP and ACP of tegument markedly decreased; and the granules of DNA and RNA dissociated and reduced, while the reactions shown by mercurobromophenol blue method for basic proteins in muscles and reproductive cells were stronger than those found in the control. The mechanism of tapeworm expulsion by pyquiton was tentatively discussed.
