摘要:
我国发现首例现代确诊血吸虫病病例迄今已120年,经过几代人的努力,血吸虫病防治工作取得举世瞩目的成就。至2023年底,全国实现血吸虫病传播阻断目标,78.49%的流行县均达到了消除目标。但受气候变化、自然灾害、人口流动等因素影响,全国要实现血吸虫病消除目标并持续巩固消除成果仍面临挑战。各地应继续坚持“以传染源控制为主、强化重点环境钉螺控制”的综合防治策略,加强监测预警和风险评估,以科技赋能,创新防治手段,强化能力建设,高质量推进消除进程。
