摘要:
血吸虫病在我国流行至少有2 000多年的历史,严重危害人民群众的身体健康,影响社会经济的发展。根据血吸虫病的流行特点,我国在不同的历史时期先后实施了不同的防治策略。在不同防治策略的指引下,我国血吸虫病防治取得了显著成效,2015年全国实现了血吸虫病传播控制目标。我国各时期血吸虫病防治策略的提出均遵循了一定的科学基础和科学规律。本文对血吸虫病不同防治策略提出的科学基础进行综述,并对“十四五”时期的血吸虫病干预策略提出思考与建议,以期对消除血吸虫病工作有所裨益。
