摘要: 非编码小RNA能调控靶基因的表达,与mRNA降解、染色质修饰、基因组的稳定等相关。近年来的研究表明,非编码小RNA既与血吸虫病的发病相关,又可作为一种潜在的生物标志物。本文对非编码小RNA在血吸虫病诊断中的应用及其在血吸虫发育和致病机制中的潜在作用做一综述,为发展血吸虫病新的检测方法、疫苗及新药物研发提供新线索。

Abstract: Small non-coding RNA controls the expression of target genes and is related with mRNA degradation, chromatin modification and genome stability. Recent studies showed that small non-coding RNA is not only associated with the incidence of schistosomiasis, but also acts as a potential biomarker. In this article, we will review the applications of small non-coding RNA in schistosomiasis diagnosis and its potential role in schistosome development and pathogenesis, in the aim to provide hints for developing detection methods and vaccines for schistosomiasis and for drug development.
