摘要:  【提要】  抗菌肽是经诱导合成的内源性多肽,具有高效、抗菌谱广和热稳定等特点。研究证实抗菌肽可抑制疟原虫的生长发育甚至杀死疟原虫,有重要的抗疟应用价值。本文对其生物学特性、天然和人工合成抗菌肽在抗疟研究中的应用等进行综述。

Abstract: 【Abstract】  Antimicrobial peptides have broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and high thermal stability. Researches prove that they can inhibit the development of Plasmodium or kill them. The paper focuses on research advances in their biological characteristics, natural or synthetic peptides as potential anti-Plasmodium agents in malaria research.
