摘要:

应用建立的胶体金免疫渗滤法检测日本血吸虫病血清抗体,并以快速酶联免疫吸附试验(F-ELISA)方法检测作平行对照。现场和实验室试验表明,胶体金渗滤法与F?鄄ELISA方法在敏感度和特异度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两法具有较高的一致性。但胶体金免疫渗滤法操作简便快速,无特殊要求,在临床和现场防治工作中具有比较广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: Serum antibody of schistosomiasis patients was detected by dot immunogold filtration method (DIGFA) in laboratory and field, and F-ELISA was used as control. The results showed that there was no significant difference between these two assays in sensitivity and specificity(P>0.05), with a high coincidence. DIGFA is easy to operate and may deserve a wide application in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis.
