COMPARATIVE OBSERVATION ON THE EFFICACY OF SEVERAL TEST/PROBE SYSTEMS FOR DETECTING SCHISTOSOME CIRCULATING ANTIGEN

摘要: 目的:比较5种试验/探针系统检测感染兔血清中循环抗原(SCA)的效果。方法:用单雄性和单雌性尾蚴分别感染9只家兔,以复性尾蚴感染7只家兔作对照;感染后定期采血。另15兔分3组感染250条尾蚴。1,2组于感染后19d和45d分别开始给予丙烯基硫脲(295-590mg/kg)以抑制虫卵形成,第3组作对照;均定期采血。检测方法计5种:1斑点-ELISA/抗成虫表膜单抗(8SE4),2斑点-ELISA/抗CCA单抗(3D10),3夹心斑点-ELISA/抗虫卵单抗(MG2),4夹心法-ELISA/抗虫卵单抗(2H10),5夹心法-ELISA/抗CAA单抗(IB10)。结果:9只单雄性尾蚴和9只单雌性尾蚴感染兔血清1法均为阴性,2法仅1只检出雄虫133条的家兔出现阳性反应,5法单雌性感染均阴性、单雄性感染3/9兔阳性。服药抑制虫卵形成的兔血清,19d开始服药5兔1法及3法均未检出SCA,46d开始服药组在感染后6-7wk二法均检出SCA。4法服药与未服药兔均为阴性,5法感染后6wk的血清服药与未服药兔均呈阳性反应。结论:不同的试验/探针系统的检测效果不同,但所试3种方法(1,2,5种)都不能检出单雌性感染。抑制虫卵形成

Abstract: AIM: To compare the efficacy of 5 test/probe systems for the detecting of schistosomal circulation antigen (SCA) in sera from infected rabbits. METHODS: Nine rabbits were infected with monosexual cercariae (either male or female), 7 rabbits were infected with bisexual cercariae as controls.
