摘要： Freshly shed Schistosoma japonicum cercariae and 2-24 hrs schistosomula recoveredfrom isolated mouse skin or mechanically transformed by the method of Colley et al.(1974) were used for the present studies. 0.05％ neutral red-potassium hydroxide stainingwas used to help in determining the viability of cercariae and schistosomula.
