Abstract: Malaria transmission is highly related to the natural factors such as temperature, rainfall and topography. Recently, the GIS/RS/GPS techniques were developed based on computer science and spatial analysis technology, which were widely used in data collection and analysis, establishment of mathematics model. This paper reviews the applications and development of GIS/RS/GPS techniques in the studies of relationship between natural factors and malaria transmission.
