摘要: Th17细胞是一种新发现的CD4+效应性T细胞亚群。最新研究表明, Th17细胞通过其主要表达产物白细胞介素-17(IL-17),在寄生虫感染免疫中发挥着重要作用。同时,Th17细胞的诱导及其发挥免疫效应也受到多种细胞因子的调节。目前发现,在抗寄生虫感染过程中,根据宿主自身的免疫状态、感染的严重程度、以及疾病的治疗情况,Th17发挥着保护或促炎的作用。

Abstract: Th17 lymphocytes have been recently identified as a novel subset of CD4+ cells. It has been defined that IL-17,the main product of Th17, plays an important role in immunity against parasitic infection. There is a two-way infl-uence between Th17 and cytokine network: on one hand Th17 consummates cytokine network, on the other hand many cytokines regulate Th17’s activity in parasitic infection. In the anti-parasitic infection process, Th17 cells protect host or promote inflammation, even cause immune pathogenesis in different cases, which comprise host’s immune state, the burden of parasitic infection, as well as the treatment.
