摘要： The eluted peritoneal macrophages from NIH mice were pulsed with SEA in vitro or in vivo(R.H.Schwarts,1981).The pulsed macrophages(M)were then washed for 4 to 5 times and the last washingfluids were collected for assay while the Mφ assessed for the antigenic presentation function.In bothin vitro and in vivo assay mice wore divided into 6 groups of five mice each.
