石门拟小豆螺的季节性分布和斯氏狸殖吸虫的自然感染

摘要: 本文观察了斯氏狸殖吸虫第一中间宿主石门拟小豆螺的逐月密度分布和该吸虫的感染情况。1982年石门拟小豆螺全年逐月密度为41±23~156±99只/市尺~2:1982年10月至1983年4月,除12月未发现阳性螺外,其余各月斯氏狸殖吸虫在螺体的感染率为0.45%(0.20%~0.85%);感染度以雷蚴和尾蚴计,分别为2.4(2.0~3.5)和16.1(5.0~33.6),石门拟小豆螺体内还发现有与斯氏狸殖吸虫尾蚴极为类似的微形科吸虫尾蚴,感染率在0.20~1.52%之间,在计算前者感染率时,应注意排除。作者认为,以石门拟小豆螺作为斯氏狸殖吸虫第一中间宿主的地区,可在一年中任何季节进行调查,特别是冬

Abstract: 1. The monthly density of snails from January through December of 1982 were found to be 41±23-156±99/33.3cm2.2. The P. skrjabini larvae incidence of snail from October of 1982 to April of 1983 were 0.45% (0.29-0.85%), and their intensity of infection were 2.4(2-3.5) for rediae and 16.1(5-3.6) for cercariae/positive snail. The positive snails for P. skrjabini are sporodically distributed in the natural focus.Thus, on the basis of our findings, it is suggested that epiderniological survey of pagumogonimiasis by examining the first intermediate host, Pseudobythinella shimenensis, to determine the natural foci may be carried out at any month of the year.
