摘要： 本文报道了用美蓝、伊红、硼砂染色法鉴别脱蛋白膜蛔虫卵的死活。卵内容物染成蓝色者为死卵,不着色的为活卵。此法不需特殊设备,操作方法简便。M.E.B.染色液可以在室温放置一年半,对染色无影响。

Abstract: Methylene blue-eosin-borax stain for staining the fertilized ova of Ascaris is descri bed. The vital ova are unstained and the internal structure of the dead ova are stained in blue colour. To carry out the experiment special equipments are unnecessary The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The stain can be used for one and half a year at room temperature.
