摘要:
蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫是一种呈世界性分布的人兽共患寄生虫,感染可引起以腹泻和腹痛为主要临床症状的贾第虫病。该病对儿童和免疫功能低下人群的健康构成严重威胁。基于贾第虫病在治疗选择的局限性以及没有临床可用疫苗的事实,该病在全球范围内已引起越来越多的关注。本文概述了自1924年我国首次报告贾第虫病以来人体贾第虫感染情况,以及水源和食源污染情况,以期为我国人体贾第虫病防控策略的制定提供参考。
