摘要： Using lyophilized Schistosoma japonicum ova,IEST,DGS-COPT and CV-COPT were performedrespectively on 120 cases of schistosomiasis japonica having positive stool examination,120 cases ofschistosomiasis japonlca after being cured and having negative stool examination,and 120 healthy in-dividuals,by single-blind method.The sensitivity and specificity of IEST,EGS-COPT and CV-COPT were 91.7,95.8,81.7～82.5％ and 96.7～97.5％ respectively.No significant difference was ob-
