摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为观察和研究湖北钉螺脑神经节的组织学结构，借鉴其他软体动物神经系统石蜡切片的制作方法，采用苏木素?鄄伊红染色法（HE）制作湖北钉螺脑神经节石蜡切片。通过固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡、切片和染色等步骤，制得钉螺脑神经节永久玻片标本，镜下观察，组织结构清晰。

Abstract: Following the method used in other mollusks, the specimen of the Oncomelania hupensis cerebral ganglions was fixed, dehydrated, transparentized, embedded in paraffin， sectioned, and stained with haematoxylin?鄄eosin. The histological structure of the snail cerebral ganglions was clear in the permanent specimen under the microscope.
