Abstract

Abstract: With the development of the in vitro cultivation of Echinococcus metacestodes，the technique is widely applied in research areas such as the pathogenic biological characteristics and the mechanism of infection and pathopoiesis of echinococcus，and development of novel therapeutic agents against echinococcosis. These will help futher understand the disease and its control. This paper reviews the application of the in vitro cultivation technique of Echinococcus spp.
