摘要: 广州管圆线虫病(angiostrongyliasis)是一种人兽共患寄生虫病,是中国最具潜在危险的食源性寄生虫病之一。本文综述了PCR及其衍生技术在广州管圆线虫检测中的应用进展。

Abstract: Angiostrongyliasis is a zoonotic disease and has become one of the potentially threatening food-borne parasitic infections in China. This article reviews the advances in the application of PCR and PCR-derived techniques in detection of Angiostrongylus cantontensis.
