摘要: 随着棘球绦虫体外培养技术的发展和日趋成熟,该技术被用于棘球蚴病病原生物学特性、感染与致病机制,以及新型药物制剂等方面的研究,从而为该病的有效治疗和控制提供重要理论依据和指导。本文就棘球绦虫体外培养技术在棘球蚴病研究中的应用作一综述。

Abstract: With the development of the in vitro cultivation of Echinococcus metacestodes,the technique is widely applied in research areas such as the pathogenic biological characteristics and the mechanism of infection and pathopoiesis of echinococcus,and development of novel therapeutic agents against echinococcosis. These will help futher understand the disease and its control. This paper reviews the application of the in vitro cultivation technique of Echinococcus spp.
