摘要: 利用转基因技术对蚊虫进行遗传修饰,通过降低野生种群数量或以不能传播寄生虫的蚊虫替代现有种群,达到控制疾病传播的目的。本文对近2年转基因蚊虫的培育和转基因蚊在野生群体中的适应性等方面的主要研究进展作一简要介绍。

关键词: 外源基因, 转基因蚊虫, 转基因体系

Abstract: The genetically modified mosquitoes have been developed aiming to control mosquito-borne diseases by either reducing population sizes or replacing existing populations with vectors unable to transmit the disease. This paper introduces some progress on the generation of transgenic mosquitoes and their fitness in wild population.
