复方蒿甲醚片和苯芴醇两种剂型治疗恶性疟临床对比试验

CLINICAL COMPARATIVE TRIAL OF CO ARTEMETHER AND BENFLUMETOL(TWO FORMULATIONS) IN THE TREATMENT OF FALCIPARUM MALARIA

摘要:   [目的 ]观察复方蒿甲醚及其组分之一苯芴醇两种剂型对恶性疟的疗效和安全性。 [方法 ]共收治 15 0例恶性疟患者 ,采用双盲 (复方蒿甲醚片组和苯芴醇片组 )、随机、对比方法 ,其中复方蒿甲醚组 (A) 5 1例、苯芴醇片剂组 (B) 5 0例、苯芴醇胶丸组 (C) 4 9例。病人住院后观察 2 8d。 [结果 ]A、B、C3组的平均退热时数分别为 (17.1±8.6 ) h、(34.0± 2 3.2 )和 (2 9.4± 2 4.9) h;平均原虫转阴时间分别为 (2 9.7± 8.9) h、(5 1.6± 14.1) h和 (5 4.7± 17.4) h;3组患者均达到临床治愈 ;观察期间无明显不良反应 ,化验检查亦无明显改变。 [结论 ]复方蒿甲醚和苯芴醇两种剂型对恶性疟均有良好的治疗作用 ,复方蒿甲醚在杀虫速度和控制症状方面明显优于苯芴醇单药

Abstract:  Objective]To observe the efficacy and safety of co artemether and one of its components benflumetol(two formulations)in the treatment of patients with falciparum malaria [Methods]Adopting double blining,randomization and comparative method, all patients were hospitalized and observed for 28 days after treatment.[Results] Of 150 patients, 51 patients were treated with co artemether group(A), 50 patients were treated with benflumetol tablet group(B),49 patients were freated with benflumetol capsule group(C).The mean fever clearance times for groups A,B and C were 17.1±8.6、34.0±23.2 and 29.4±24.9 hours, respectively;the mean parasite clearance times were 29.7±8.9、51.6±14.1 and 54.7±17.4 hours respectively;the cure rates in 28 days for groups A,B and C were 98.2%, 92.0% and 95.8%,respectively.No apparent side effect was observed.[Conclusion]Co artemether and benflumetol(2 formulations)are effective for the treatment of patients with falciparum malaria but co artemether is more effective than benflumetol(2 formulations)in terms of controlling symptoms and killing parasites.
