感染弓形虫小鼠早期细胞免疫的探讨

摘要: 目的:对感染弓形虫小鼠的早期细胞免疫进行探讨。方法:采用脾淋巴细胞转化试验,NK细胞杀伤活性测定,血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)测定及血清中特异性IgG抗体测定等方法。结果:小鼠感染弓形虫早期脾淋巴细胞增殖反应增强,NK细胞杀伤活性增强,血清中TNF含量增高,IgG抗体水平无明显变化。结论:小鼠感染弓形虫早期,其抵抗弓形虫感染的免疫应答中,细胞免疫和体液免疫存在着协同作用,且细胞免疫较体液免疫有效。

Abstract: AIM: To study the immune response of mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii. METHOD: Lymphocyte transformation test, determination of natural killer cell (NK) activity, tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and specific IgG antibody in serum. RESULTS: In the early stage after mice were infected with Toxoplasma gondii, the spleen lymphocyte response and NK actitity enhanced, and the quantity of TNF in serum increased but the level of IgG in serum remained unchanged. CONCLUSION: In the immune response of mice infected with  Toxoplasma gondii, the cellular immunity was more effective than the humoral immunity in the early stage in addition to their synergetic actions.
