摘要: 本文应用辐照致弱日本血吸虫童虫疫苗,冷冻辐照致弱童虫苗和速冻致死童虫苗免疫雌性C_(57)BL/6小鼠,免疫后对3种免疫模型进行保护力的动态测定及平行研究细胞免疫应答的动态变化。测定结果及相关分析表明,细胞免疫应答在日本血吸虫保护性免疫机制中起重要作用。

Abstract: Kinetics of cellular immune responses was studied in C57BL/6 mice immunized with irradiation-attenuated vaccine, cryopreserved and irradiated vaccine or frozen-thawn vaccine. The results and analysis of correlation between cellular resposes and resistance showed that cellular immune responses played an important role in the protective immunity against Schis-tosoma japonicum.
