斯氏狸殖吸虫虫体抗原的免疫组织化学的研究

摘要: 应用免疫组织化法显示了斯氏狸殖吸虫虫体抗原存在的部位,并分析了该抗原的组织化学成分。结果表明,斯氏狸殖吸虫虫体抗原主要定位于肠道和皮层表面,另在排泄囊、子宫、咽及口吸盘等处亦有一定程度的抗原活性。组织化学分析表明这些抗原物质分别具有较强的酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,且富含糖原、蛋白质及酸性粘多糖等。

Abstract: Using immunohistochemical method,the antigens were shown to be mainly located in the cecum,tegument,esophagus,pharynx,excretory bladder,uterus and oral sucker of Pagumogonimus skrjabini.Histochemical analyses showed that antigens contained enzymes such as acid phosphatase (ACP),alkaline phosphatase (AKP),and acetyleholinesterase (AChE).Other chemical substances,for example,alkaline protein,basic protein,glycogen and acid mucopolysaccharides were also detected in the antigens of P.skrjabini.
