摘要： A two site ELISA performed with McAb against sporozoite of Plasmodium vivax has been shownto detect sporozoite infection in Anopheles mosquito.The McAb,enzyme and substrate were supplied byQueensland Institute of Medicine,Australia.The mosquitos were caught all within the bedrooms at LiuheCounty,Jiangsu.Mosquitos wete dried andkept in a mall glass tube individually.Before ELISA experi-ment,mosquitos were treated by Nonidet P-40 and grounded.
