ABO血型对恶性疟原虫体外连续培养生长的影响

摘要: 本文报告了使用不同血型的红细胞,对同一株恶性疟原虫进行体外连续培养,比较各血型红细胞的原虫感染率。结果表明4种血型的红细胞均对恶性疟原虫敏感。在培养的第7天(D_6)以B型血的原虫感染率较高,O型血感染率较低,两者差别显著:A型和AB型居B型和O型之间。混合血和频繁改变血型对恶性疟原虫的生长无明显影响。

Abstract: The rates of parasitemias were compared by using the same strain of Plasmodium falciparum cultivated continuously with various ABO group erythrocytes in vitro. The results showed that erythrocytes of four blood groups were sensitive to P. falciparum. However, when the samples were determined on the seventh day (D6) in the short-term cultivation, the rate of parasitemia of B group erythrocytes was the highest, while that of O group erythrocytes was the lowest. The difference between them was statistically significant, and the parasitemias of A and AB groups erythrocytes were of intermediate rates. Mixed blood and the blood in which the ABO group erythrocytes were changed frequently had no obvious influence on the growth of P. falciparum in the continuous cultivation.
